1. Agreement to these Terms
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of IntrusionDetector.ai, including the website, application, APIs, dashboards, demos, documentation, and related services. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
If you use the service on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. The service
IntrusionDetector.ai provides AI-assisted intrusion detection and alerting for web applications and APIs. The service is designed to help teams analyze security events, identify suspicious patterns, classify risk, and review security alerts.
The service is alert-only unless your own systems decide to block, rate-limit, or otherwise act on traffic. You are responsible for how you configure, interpret, and use the service in your environment.
3. Accounts and access
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, project keys, API keys, and other access tokens. You must notify us promptly if you believe your account or credentials have been compromised.
You may not share access in a way that bypasses plan limits, security controls, or intended account boundaries.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service to:
- violate applicable laws or regulations;
- attack, disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or abuse the service;
- send malware, exploit payloads, or harmful traffic except as part of authorized security testing in your own environment;
- attempt to access another customer's data, systems, or accounts;
- submit data that you are not authorized to process or share.
5. Customer data and security event data
You retain ownership of the data you submit to the service. You grant IntrusionDetector.ai the rights needed to process that data for operating, securing, improving, and supporting the service.
You should not send passwords, authorization headers, cookies, raw tokens, credit card numbers, secrets, or private data that is not needed for security investigation. You are responsible for redacting or excluding sensitive fields before sending events.
6. Early access and free access
Early access, beta, preview, trial, or free features may change, pause, or end at any time. We may add, remove, or revise features as the product develops.
Free access does not create a guarantee of continued free service, permanent feature availability, or fixed usage limits.
7. Security decisions remain your responsibility
IntrusionDetector.ai can help prioritize suspicious events, but no intrusion detection system catches every threat or eliminates the need for secure engineering, logging, monitoring, incident response, and human judgment.
Important: Do not treat any AI verdict, score, summary, or recommendation as a substitute for your own security review.
8. Third-party services
The service may integrate with or link to third-party products, hosting providers, analytics tools, communication tools, or other external services. We are not responsible for third-party services, content, policies, or outages.
9. Intellectual property
IntrusionDetector.ai, the website, application, software, designs, logos, trademarks, and related materials are owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.
You may provide feedback or suggestions. We may use that feedback without restriction or obligation to you.
10. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, and error-free operation.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, IntrusionDetector.ai will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, security incidents, or reputational harm.
12. Suspension or termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the service if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk for the service or other users, failed to pay applicable fees, or used the service in a harmful or unlawful way.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the service after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
14. Contact
